75 Funny Kids Who Have Potential To Go Far In Life

Published

on

Kids are pretty funny. They’re just starting to learn about the world and they have a lot of knowledge to share. Of course, most of that knowledge is dead wrong. But some of it is right, and some of it — well, some of it’s wrong but they’re confident about it anyway.

Meanwhile, if you’ve ever dealt with a smart kid, you know that being smart and being a smart aleck often go hand-in-hand. Who can say why that is? It might be because their intelligence gives them confidence. It might be because they want to test social and mental boundaries. Or maybe it’s just because smart people are funny.

We try so hard not to laugh at the super sassy kids, but be real — it’s almost impossible. Sometimes, kids with attitudes are just really funny.

Parents get the brunt of it at home but when the kids are in school, all that sass gets funneled to their teachers. Those poor men and women have to deal with attitude from kids who aren’t even theirs. Maybe they get through it by knowing that these sassy little pranksters are the smart ones. They might be frustrating now, but they’re bound to go far.

1. You know what? A+

Save
Source: Imgur

According to online commenters, this actually is a letter in character, written in Chinese. But honestly, unless the teacher can read Chinese, it’s a pretty brilliant workaround to the assignment.

2. This kid has no time for skinned knees

Save
Source: mgur

Have you skinned your knee recently? Even as an adult, it might make you cry because that stuff HURTS. But this kid has zero time for crying.

3. This kid is dark but logical

Save
Source: Imgur

This child has a downright ruthless plan for how they would survive on a desert island. They would definitely eat all of us without remorse.

4. This kid fought the teacher and won

Save
Source: Facebook

One teacher told their class they could use reference notes for their exam but only as much as would fit on a 3 by 5-inch notecard. One student noticed they didn’t specify the measurements were in inches, which meant they were totally allowed to bring a notecard that was 3 by 5 FEET.

5. I…guess?

Save
Source: Reddit

I’m assuming if this student even knows what class they’re in, they know this isn’t the right answer. But, from a certain standpoint, maybe they’re right.

6. Warren, who knows how to face facts

Save
Source: Reddit

In Warren’s defense, this is a downright ridiculous assignment. It’s even unlikely for kindergartners to be alive a century from now and he’s not afraid to admit that.

7. Okay, partial credit

Save
Source: Reddit

To be fair, since I wasn’t in this class and have no idea what this could be referring to, I think this answer is completely legitimate. I’d probably write the same thing.

8. Hitting all the technicalities

Save
Source: Reddit

To be fair, that’s kind of a hard thing to show. How does one show their thhoughts? This kid might have actually found the best way to answer the question.

9. 2+ points for “octopus”

Save
Source: Imgur

This kid found an absolutely brilliant way to answer this question. But the best part is that random “octopus” thrown in there. I think they were just really proud of their ability to spell that.

10. Frankie is brutally honest

Save

Source: Imgur

Frankie doesn’t mince words when it comes to how he (or she) earns money at home. It kind of makes you wonder if Frankie’s parents have said that a couple of times.

11. How to make your teacher feel guilty

Save

Source: Reddit

This kid knew the correct answer but they just couldn’t resist throwing a little bit of extra knowledge at the teacher. Why do I get a “teacher’s pet” vibe from this answer?

12. You’re probably right

Save

Source: Bored Panda

This illustration isn’t exactly how evolution works but this kid is right. If you’re just going by what this picture shows, these giraffes come across as total jerks.

13. I’m partial to Tedison

Save

Source: Imgur

The best thing about this answer is how much thought she put into these names. I want to know where she got “Tedison” though. She gets 10+ points for name creativity.

14. It’s that easy

Save

Source: Bored Panda

Nice try, kid, but we’re talking math, not spelling. Although, if it was a spelling test, you’d be completely right. So…partial credit?

15. This is biology, not sociology

Save

Source: Bored Panda

Fun fact: the correct answer is, yes, men with only one testicle can still reproduce! I can only assume this smart-aleck student got partial credit because the teacher thought their answer was funny.

16. This kid is sharing the facts of life

Save

Source: Reddit

That’s not exactly what we were going for but you’re not technically wrong. I guess this kid’s parents have already had the “where meat comes from” talk with them.

17. This kid is eager to graduate

Save

Source: Imgur

I don’t know what grade this child was in, but there are some parts of school that definitely could be described as hell. As to what that says about our education system, you can decide for yourself.

18. They have a future in chemistry

Save

Source: Bored Panda

Either this kid had no idea what the answer was and just decided to be a smarty pants or they really think this is the answer. Either way, it does qualify as a brief description.

19. Their teacher must’ve enjoyed this

Save

Source: Reddit

This child is clearly creative, and the teacher is loving their imagination. It must be a nice break in the midst of grading regular, less interesting assignments.

20. This kid needs to read a history book

Save

Source: Bored Panda

This kid thinks they’re being funny because they know what Communism is in theory. Unfortunately, it doesn’t exactly pan out this way in reality. Either way, no, that’s not the answer.

21. I’m worried about Albert

Save

Source: Reddit

I’m definitely worried about Albert, but I’ve got to say that David’s answer has me a little worried, too. You like explosions — that’s not part of a firefighter’s job description!

22. No, dude…No

Save

Source: Bored Panda

Come on, smart aleck, that’s not what this question meant and you know it. Now, you get half a point for making us laugh, but don’t do it again.

23. This child probably doesn’t have a future in plant science

Save

Source: Reddit

If I were this kid’s teacher, I wouldn’t know exactly how to respond to this. Of course, they can’t get credit for this answer. But privately, I would think it was really funny.

24. This is a somewhat precocious description of firemen

Save

Source: Reddit

This little girl clearly meant hot in the literal sense — that is, the firemen are hot because they’re in a fire. But grown-ups who are familiar with the sexy fireman trope will crack a smile.

25. There will be no sympathy for Martha

Save

Source: Imgur

This kid might go on to do great things, but somehow, I don’t think counseling is in their future. That requires more tactful methods of motivation.

26. Nice try, kid

Save

Source: Reddit

This kid thought this would work and, it’s actually a pretty decent shot. Unfortunately, the teacher saw through it. At the same time, my first impression is to admire the guts this took.

27. *nervous laughter*

Save

Source: Imgur

Aren’t kids adorable? Sure, except when they say absolutely terrifying things like this. Has someone introduced Graham to horror movies a little bit early?

28. And that’s all the explanation you’re going to get

Save

Source: Reddit

This kid has no time for your stupid questions. You might be dumb, but they’re not. Geez, second grade is a total waste of time!

29. Someone’s ahead of the class

Save

Source: Imgur

Yes, they got the right answer, which is a great thing! But their answer to the second question makes me think they might be a little more advanced than this classwork.

30. Well, technically yes

Save

Source: Reddit

All right, let’s clarify — we don’t mean the VISUAL difference between those numbers. Because yes, you’re technically correct about 8 being the curly one, but that’s not what we meant.

31. Awe…but no

Save

Source: Reddit

Extra credit questions are great! If you know the answer, you get the extra points, but if not, you don’t lose anything. This kid decided to take a risk and guess a very wrong answer.

32. I’d rate that field trip zero stars

Save

Source: Reddit

This child was part of a class that went on a field trip to see a play. Unfortunately, they didn’t enjoy the show in any way, shape, or form. But good news, they had fun on the bus!

33. I see where you’re going, but no

Save

Source: Bored Panda

When you were in school, did you ever take an exam where you were so lost that you knew there wasn’t any point in even trying? I think that’s what was going on here.

34. This is how I feel after reading an internet comments section

Save

Source: Reddit

Promise is probably still in elementary school, but she’s got a real “This world can only be cleansed through fire” vibe. Sorry, Promise, that doesn’t change as you get older.

35. They’ve got their idioms down

Save

Source: Reddit

Well, that’s a real idiom (although it’s the PG version) and they did show they know how to use it correctly. But dang if that isn’t a distressingly colorful illustration.

36. Right, right, because the number in the ones’ place is even

Save

Source: Bored Panda

They say it’s easier to humble a confident kid than build up a self-conscious one. Let’s just say this kid needs more humbling than building.

37. How to make all the adults uncomfortable

Save

Source: Bored Panda

I’m imagining the teacher’s face as they looked through the class assignments to mark them. This kid was just being goofy, but it’s still kind of an awkward situation. What exactly are you supposed to say to that?

38. This child is an expert in repression

Save

Source: Reddit

If you look at it one way, this kid sort of has the right idea. But just telling yourself to “suck it up” isn’t exactly a healthy way to manage stress. May I suggest some meditation instead?

39. Keep your comments to yourself, Timmy

Save

Source: Reddit

Some kids have absolutely zero chill when it comes to dishing out rude or personal comments. For example, this child is ruthlessly frank about their reasons for not wanting to swim with the person in the picture.

40. This child isn’t afraid to show detail

Save

Source: Reddit

This “Where I will be in 100 years” assignment seems to be popular in schools and more than a few kids have been upfront about – well, the realities of life. But not all of them have been colorful enough to draw themselves in their own grave.

41. You can make it as simple as you want

Save

Source: Reddit

The teacher wasn’t impressed with this one, but in the student’s defense, the instructions said the equation could be as simple as possible! What kid wouldn’t take advantage of that?

42. It said, “draw your favorite activity”

Save

Source: Bored Panda

Okay, it’s a little bit weird that peeing is this kid’s favorite activity, but in his defense, it’s not necessarily wrong. Kids are weird and this teacher needs to learn to roll with it.

43. Wait…what?

Save

Source: Bored Panda

Okay, um, I’m not sure what point this student is trying to make. Are they comparing Lady Gaga to a tapeworm? I know she’s a little bit eccentric, but that seems extreme.

44. Parent-teacher conferences will be fun

Save

Source: Bored Panda

Teachers hear and see a lot of stuff from their students, sometimes things that might give them a call for concern. I can see this coming up in the next meeting.

45. He has a career in television writing

Save

Source: Bored Panda

This student is completely wrong, but you have to give them points for creativity. It might not help them in this class, but it could in a future career.

46. This is one ambitious little girl

Save

Source: Imgur

This little girl isn’t ashamed of her ambitions — she wants to be able to rip the loudest belch. Her parents, who shared the post, said they were extremely proud, as they should be.

47. This is a valiant effort

Save

Source: Bored Panda

You’ve got to hand it to students like this — they see a chance and they seize it. But ultimately, it’s a desperate move to try to cover for the fact that they didn’t know the answer. This time, at least, it didn’t work.

48. Welp

Save

Source: Imgur

Remember teachers, if you leave things open-ended like this, you’re going to get some weird answers. For example, you might have some students who draw butts.

49. The picture takes it to the next level

Save

Source: Bored Panda

Even the most relaxed teachers might be making a call home after seeing an assignment like this. This kid makes it pretty clear they know the real meaning of “exterminate” — if you doubt it, there’s an illustration!

50. He drew his curtains

Save

Source: Bored Panda

This smart-aleck kid wasn’t turning in a school assignment — he was being a smarty pants to his parents. His dad told him to go upstairs and draw his curtains, so that’s exactly what he did.

51. Thank you for you! Also, you’re the worst!

Save

Source: Bored Panda

This letter goes from so sweet to so mean in no time at all. The first 75 percent of it is all about how wonderful his mom is and how much she’s done for him. But he just had to sneak in those last lines about how terrible her jokes and dancing are.

52. But they’re not wrong

Save

Source: Bored Panda

I’m pretty sure the book was looking for a description of pigeons as “dumbasses” but to be fair, this kid isn’t wrong. Seriously, if you’ve ever interacted with a pigeon, you know why they earned their reputation.

53. That’s a little insensitive

Save

Source: Bored Panda

Well, this kid certainly wasn’t mincing words about the potential problems of eating that many candy bars. But to be fair, the adult who wrote this question should’ve chosen apples or bananas instead of candy bars.

54. This kid is an animal lover

Save

Source: Imgur

This one is pretty sweet since the kid answering the questions made a point to say we should always be gentle to dogs. But you kind of have to raise an eyebrow at that test question.

55. These days, Rick might be a happily married man

Save

Source: Reddit

Rick was only 10 when he discovered the true path to a happy marriage. All right, there’s more to it than that, but he’s got the main part down — be nice to each other no matter what!

56. I mean…

Save

Source: Reddit

The story behind this one is that the students were learning English as a second language, so we’ll cut them some slack. But still, as they say, ask a stupid question and you’ll get a stupid answer.

57. Very funny, Peter

Save

Source: Bored Panda

I can’t decide which is funnier: does Peter know the right answer and just wants to mess with the teacher or does he not know the answer and just wants to distract from that fact? The world will never know.

58. Seriously, just get out of there

Save

Source: Reddit

This kid clearly has some experience with tornados, which means they probably live somewhere in the U.S. where they’re fairly common. Although they missed the point of this assignment, they definitely know what they’re talking about.

59. Thanks, kid

Save

Source: Bored Panda

Kids have a way of making their parents look really awkward. Maybe it’s the way they innocently point out your flaws — for example, your raging alcoholism.

60. This third grader is not a fan of Earth Day

Save

Source: Reddit

You’ve got to hand it to them, this kid is being honest. They have no idea what Earth Day is and they can’t see the knowledge of it benefiting them in any way. Well, points for being forthright?

61. That’s my kind of kid

Save

Source: Bored Panda

You’ve got to admire a kid who’s this gutsy and who cares so little about the results of a test. Why do I feel like this might be a kid who’s getting close to graduation?

62. There ya go

Save

Source: Bored Panda

Math isn’t a strong suit for many of us, so shortcuts like these make sense. Okay, they’re not shortcuts as much as cheats. Actually, they’re not even cheating.

63. When you don’t know the answer so you bomb it on purpose

Save

Source: Imgur

This student had no idea what the answer was, so they decided to have some fun. And even though the teacher was good for a laugh, they didn’t get the points. C’est la vie.

64. Blindsided the teacher with that answer

Save

Source: Imgur

This answer is so out of left field that it’s impossible not to laugh at it. The teacher might not have given them credit, but they did have a good giggle!

65. A kid who knows how to get to his teacher…

Save

Source: Reddit

Some kids are just born flatterers and know how to charm their way out of trouble. For this teacher, all it takes is a well-placed mustache compliment and he’s putty in their hands.

66. Okay, yes, I guess

Save

Source: Reddit

What kind of question is this? I’m going to assume it’s for an elementary school class about measurements. I’m also hoping no one said that a football is 8 feet long.

67. Oooooooh

Save

Source: Imgur

This might be the single gutsiest move that’s ever been pulled off by a student in school. But it’s the perfect example, and I defy the teacher not to give them full credit for it.

68. Well, that’s an interesting strategy

Save

Source: Reddit

Well, they lose points for not supporting their argument with examples. Even though gladiator games do technically cut down on the population size, there are some better solutions.

69. Davey Bones found another way

Save

Source: Imgur

This kid didn’t have the time to do all that maze nonsense. They saw the most straightforward path and decided to just skip the whole thing. Enjoy your treasure, Davey!

70. This is actually great advice

Save

Source: Imgur

Every student in America learns that President Abraham Lincoln was shot during a play at Ford’s Theater by John Wilkes Booth. Telling Lincoln not to go to any plays would change — well, a lot of stuff in the course of history.

71. I get the feeling they didn’t study

Save

Source: Wikimedia

Sometimes, teachers can tell when a student is so completely unprepared for a test that they have no idea what’s going on. Why do I get that feeling about this test-taker?

72. I swear they’re all correct, though

Save

Source: Imgur

Don’t you hate it when your student turns in a perfectly correct test, but some of the answers are classified and the rest are covered by coffee stains? Guess you’ll just have to give them an A.

73. Get it? GET IT?

Save

Source: Imgur

It looks as though this student actually knew what they were doing on the rest of the test, but they decided to get smart with the final answer. The teacher didn’t think it was very funny.

74. Oh, okay then

Save

Source: Twitter

This kid has confidence that most of us can only dream of even as adults. They know they’re always right and that’s all you need to know about it.

75. Dang, Judy

Save

Source: Twitter

Yikes, Judy isn’t pulling any punches! She has some thoughts about this hurt boy, mainly that he’s ugly and she’s going to tell you about them.

Lazy People Solutions That Defy Common Sense

Published

on

There’s the right way of doing things, and then there’s the wrong way of doing things. But how can a solution be wrong when it’s faster? This is how.

Every day, we go through small internal battles. We argue with ourselves over doing things right or doing things fast. The 40 people ahead all opted to do things fast. And the consequences came even faster as a result!

50 Cringeworthy Fashion Fails We Can’t Believe People Didn’t Notice

Published

on

Not all of us are fashion experts. This is why we try to experiment and mix and match clothes to see if we can look more stylish. Unfortunately, the more we try to look more fashionable, the more we end up failing. The risky fashion choice we make often leaves us looking ridiculous and weird in other people’s eyes.

Fortunately, fashion disasters aren’t always bad. In fact, they can be transformed into little entertainment and also a warning for others to never try to copy them.

Here are the most cringe-worthy fashion fails you need to see this year:

1. Brown logo on white shoes

In theory, putting a brown logo on a white background will make a product look classy. In reality, a brown logo on white shoes just looks like bird poo from afar.

2. A not-so-comfortable evening dress

This is probably one of the most uncomfortable dresses you’ll see. I don’t think you’ll have a great time wearing this to a party or anywhere.

3. When you accidentally stepped on something

This is actually a good pair of shoes if you always walk on mud or dirt. You won’t have to worry about cleaning your shoes. Plus, its design can work as camouflage for when you accidentally stepped on your dog’s poo.

4. Undecided

Will you give up or will you never give up? Well, it’s a good shirt to wear if you still can’t decide. At least, you’re letting other people know where you stand.

5. The letter “G”

There’s nothing wrong with being gay. However, if you are seriously working on showing support to your team, you might want to find another way to do that.

6. Wrong idea

For an introvert, you might find this shirt uncomfortable. It’s like whoever designed it clearly doesn’t know what introverts are like.

7. The crotch

The crotch on these pants doesn’t look like it’s intentionally designed that way. Otherwise, why is it totally misaligned?

8. Lost

Is this in New York or is this in London? I guess the designer is quite as confused as we are.

9. Your Saturday sweater

This sweater’s design is actually cute. Just make sure you don’t pull it taut like that or else, Saturday becomes Turd day.

10. At a candy shop

This is a children’s shirt in a candy shop. It might look harmless but the sexual connotations are quite disturbing.

11. The irony

The way this shirt is marketed is quite confusing. Should you not iron it because it doesn’t look wrinkly or should you not iron it because it’s designed to look wrinkled?

12. The saggy bunny ears

There could have been a better spot for those bunny ears. The way they are sagging at those points looks a bit weird.

13. When you want to look sick

Even if your favorite color is purple, I don’t think you should get these tights. They can make you look like you’re covered in bruises.

14. No, thanks.

This is probably not the best design to have on your swimsuit. Apart from that it’s a children’s character, the theme creates a different connotation.

15. A practical jacket?

This jacket’s design is a bit spooky. It’s like something you’d wear if you’re planning to rob a bank or if you’re aiming to look like a snowman.

16. Is that even a donut?

Without the label, no one would think that it’s a donut. It looks more like someone’s backside.

17. Buy what?

You’ll have to take a closer look for you to actually understand what this shirt is trying to say. The image at the bottom is a glass and the text is supposed to mean “shot”.

18. That “part”

The dress would look nicer if the bottom part wasn’t designed that way. It forms something you can only find in men.

19. Nothing sexual here.

This is a wrestling patch. Despite what it looks like, there’s nothing sexual there.

20. The popping shoes

These shoes can make it easier and safer for you to walk on smooth surfaces. The only issue is the popping sound they make with each step.

21. Just spell it

Using images to replace a letter can make a design look extra nice. However, you just have to make sure that the image actually looks like the letter. Otherwise, you’ll end up making something like this one.

22. Look closely

This shirt is empowering. I’m just hoping that whoever made it counted the fingers before releasing it.

23. Quite distracting

There are dresses that shouldn’t be worn during formal interviews. This is one of those dresses.

Save

24. Crappy design

If you ever pooped on yourself by accident, this is the dress that’ll save your day. On a regular day, however, I think it’s best to avoid this dress and this design.

Save

25. What if you missed the front?

If you are going to issue a warning, it’s best to keep it all in one area. That way, you won’t look like you are actually encouraging a negative behavior like this one.

26. It’s not what you think.

If you’re going to wear a shirt with beads on, think twice about wearing a jacket over it. You might end up looking like this and it’s awkward.

27. Hood on or off

This is the type of jacket you wouldn’t want to wear with the hood off. It sends the wrong message if you don’t put the hood on.

28. Emo?

Back then, this look was a hit among teenagers. Now, it’s something a lot of adults regret and it’s not hard to see why.

29. Not edgy

This look would have been better if she colored her hair completely. With just a few colored areas, it looked weird and awful. It’s like someone spilled paint on her head.

30. All black

In theory, wearing black will make you look slimmer and classier. I guess this photo proves that theory wrong.

31. Those eyes

Wearing a black eyeliner used to be a hit among teenage boys before. It’s a good thing that the phase ended already.

32. When you can’t decide which hairstyle to wear for the day

This photo summarizes the fashion trend of 2000. Those glossy lips, orange glasses, and twisted hair are just on point.

37. They thought they were cool.

There are so many things going on with these kids’ styles. From their hairstyles to their jackets and pants, it’s a good thing everything’s over now.

38. Her formal wear

Believe it or not, this kid wasn’t going to a Madonna concert. This was her outfit for the father-daughter church dance in her area.

39. Those baggy pants

Almost everyone in the 90s used to wear those baggy pants. They weren’t just cool back then but they’re quite comfortable, too.

41. White face

This woman has just discovered white face powder. It certainly took her style to a whole new level.

Save

42. New male fashion

It’s hard to determine what the designer of this shirt is trying to achieve. This new male fashion certainly looks weird.

Save

Source: Reddit

43. Would you wear it?

This shirt looks like it has been cut in half and sewn together without checking the alignment of the stripes. Intentional or not, it’s hard to believe that anyone would buy it.

44. Wrong orientation

Ariana Grande would have been proud of this shirt, if only her face wasn’t printed upside down.

45. A sweater for kids

Someone didn’t think hard while designing this. It looks more like “hell” instead of “hello”.

These hats prove that in today’s fashion, stains and tears are cool. You won’t have to worry about keeping your hats clean anymore.

Save
